About Me

I am a pre-final year student doing my Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute Of Technology, Rourkela. I am a keen learner with a knack for problem-solving as well as a team player. I am a web development enthusiast and I love exploring a variety of tech stacks. Communities have a special place in my heart as it enables me to uplift and guide beginners in tech. I am always willing to learn and like-minded tech enthusiasts.

What I Do

Community Management

I am the Lead Organizer of the Hackodisha Hackathon and was the co-founder of Webwiz, a technical club of NITR with now over 100 members. Being part of these communities, I have conducted various workshops, competitions, etc. I have been invited as a guest speaker in hackathons and also spoke at the Postman Summit held internationally.

Competitive Coding

I started competitive coding to improve my problem solving skills which will in turn help me increase my software development skills. I am currently a 3-star coder on codechef and am practicing consistently to become better. I am focusing more on data structures and algorithms.

Development

I am a tech enthusiast and love exploring a variety of technologies and domains. I am a MERN-stack web developer and am currently trying my hands-on app development. I make sure I learn something new every day and so I have explored many fields like cyber security, AR/VR, ML/AI, graphic designing, data science etc.

Hackathons

I participate in many hackathons to come up with new ideas and create impactful projects in a short time. I am the winner of hackathons like Hack Girl Summer 2.0, Backyard Hacks, Teacher's Hacks etc. I have made various projects to solve problems like women empowerment, education, healthcare and so on.

With more than 1600+ applicants, 35+ sponsors, 20+ community partners, 5+ media partners, and 30+ outreach partners, Hackodisha powered by Postman is one of the largest hackathons of India. Engineered the web application from strach to production while keeping the code opensourced, designed the outreach and sponsorship plan, planned out the design pattern for the creatives and the websites.
